Sign-on to Support Comments on Proposed PCB Regulations

The Canadian Environmental Law Association, Citizens’ Network on Waste Management, Great Lakes United, and Société pour vaincre la pollution were chosen through the RCEN’s delegate selection process and have submitted comments on Environment Canada’s Proposed Regulatory Provision for an Extension to the 2009 End-of-Use Deadline for the Proposed PCB Regulations.

These groups are now seeking organizational sign-on from other RCEN member groups in support of these comments. A list of ENGOs that sign-on to these comments will be provided to Environment Canada. Please notify Daniel Casselman, RCEN Caucus Coordinator, by e-mail, of your organization’s support for these ENGO comments by Thursday, February 28th, 2008.
