Review of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992

The process for the review of the TDG Act has been arranged so that all aspects can be mediated entirely through Web interaction and electronic mail. Participants may also use regular mail and telephone. In addition, the federal government will hold public consultation meetings and accept invitations from interested groups affected by the application of the TDG Act. Pre-registration is not mandatory, but they encourage you to do so. Also, they would like to know in advance if you plan to make a ten-minute presentation at the meeting. In both cases, email them.
